We had a Christmas Eve storm that brought snow to the mountains for Christmas even though we just had a few light flurries here in town. It's a pretty scene and I keep having to remind myself of how lucky I am to be able to not only have a view like this, but also a life like this. I was browsing through many of the year end photos that helped to capture the year in pictures. The one constant theme it seems was war and violence. Maybe it's just that they make for better photo ops....
